Notice is hereby given that the 62nd Annual Business Meeting (“ABM”) of Grace Assembly of God will be held by way of electronic means and deemed to be held at 355, Tanglin Road, Singapore 247960 on Friday, 19 May 2023 at 8pm, to transact the following business:

Resolution 1
Confirmation and Acceptance of the 61st Annual Business Meeting Minutes
Resolution 2
Acceptance of the Audited Financial Statements for the Financial Year Ended 31 December 2022
Resolution 3
Election of Honorary Treasurer for Session 2023-2025
Resolution 4
Election of Executive Church Board Members for Session 2023-2025
A Townhall has also been planned on 29 April 2023 to provide updates on the projects that have been passed at the last two ABMs as well as to address any questions that you may have pertaining to the upcoming ABM.
Please cast your votes through proxy online.
